Life-Path India
| Life-Path India marked the beginning of the Journey that Equilitri embarked on for the next 9 years. There were no clear directions, no funding, no institutional support, just the belief that it might work, that Equilitri might actually be useful and usable by the many out there. Many asked me where I got funding for the projects in India, how I found this opportunity. Well, the answer is simple. I created the opportunity rather than waiting for it to show up. In early March 2010 I wrote more than 300 letters to organisations in several countries in Asia, telling them what sort of trainings I can offer to them, what kind of target groups I prefer, and that I do not ask anything from them in terms of funding and support, just the chance to do meaningful work which can have a real impact. Less than 30 answered. I started discussing details with them, and in the end I was left with only 8 organisations who wanted to work with me. Out of 8, 7 turned into reality. And although I asked nothing from them, when they saw what work I do and what are the results, they offered support: some offered accommodation, some transport, some materials, some even insisted on paying me a salary.
Together with a team of people from India, Poland, Macedonia & Colombia we prepared various pilot sessions that later became the bricks to build Equilitri. We delivered these sessions in several Universities in Northern India (Ambala, Dehradoon, Ghaziabad, Rorkee). They were designed to help the personal development of students in the final year of University.
Besides the piloting and starting up of Equilitri, India was an amazing experience, starting from crossing the road to the spiritual life. If you are curious and wish to read more about it, you can read a few of the posts from the “travellogue”:

New Delhi, IndiaWhen I was a kid I wanted to travel the world and see all the beautiful places… After a few years of travelling, I grew tired of seeing places. I would like to thank Darko Sarakinov, Arun Kumar, Vishal Singh for their support, effort and friendship. Darko went on to become an Equilitri trainer in the next years. Life-Path India continued under the auspices of Living Wisdom Foundation, where the first EquiliTRI full training was developed: Life-Path, which was to be co-trained with Dr. S.S. Kulkarni, president of LWF and a local management guru.
