As a person, I believe in people and my mission in life is to help people believe in themselves. As a professional, I am an international trainer with 14 years of experience in training and project management.

Training is my passion and projects help me achieve it. I believe my mission in life is to help others believe in themselves and reach their full potential. I provided consultancy and managed projects varying from very small to very large (top 3 largest projects were €100 million, €21 and €12 million) in over 15 different organizations from more than 50 countries.

I have developed and delivered training programmes for companies in Romania, Viet-Nam, Cambodia, India, Netherlands, for the Governments of Romania, Germany and Bosnia and for NGOs in more than 10 countries.

 As for Education, I have studied in 7 Universities and Institutes in 5 countries. Education Highlights include two master's degrees, in UK and Romania, and several prestigious awards, including the Chevening Scholarship. I have multiple Professional Certifications in Project Management and Training.

I'm Roberto, I'm 40 years old and I live in Conversano, a little city in the South of Italy. I like to discover new places, new people, new food. I think this is a big chance for personal growth.

I have a degree in Economics. After this degree I took a professional course in intercultural mediation in Rome. I work as a trainer and animator in the Venti di scambio association. I work at the local level, mainly as an animator, and at the international level as a trainer.

I would like people to become the main actors of their lives. For this it's important to respect the place where we live, respect the ideas of others and share!

While pessimists and optimists go into a row whether a glass is half full or half empty, opportunists come and drink it out. :)

My name is Margo. I live and work in Vilnius. I would be glad to represent myself as a mostly smiling person who believes in the very best of people.

I graduated from Vilnius University with a Master's degree in Information Management. It is worth mentioning more than 10 years of active work experience in association "Youtn Initiative Group" which I am still fascinated to represent. I have worked for 4 years now in the main governmental organization for non-formal education in our country - The Lithuanian Youth Centre. I work with young people on the topics of theatre art and leadership. In addition to this I have been a theatre director for over 5 years.

Once upon a time when I was an actress I got a valuable award from one of the biggest actors of Lithuania Donatas Banionis. This I carry as one of the most precious moments in my past. I always wanted to work with young people in order to help them try, challenge themselves and lift after falls. The thing that I could underline as an achievement on this topic is that I promote non-formal education and youth work as a youth trainer and youth worker at a number of various projects and activities.

Who am I?

Since 2004 I have been working  as a freelancer. I have developed and issued training methodology  „Enterprise establishment ability training“.

I gave an interview in the most watchable national television broadcasting in Lithuania. I had a remarkable number of interviews at radio broadcasts and wrote articles in press. I trained employees at the following international companies: DHL, STATOIL, SEB bank, Henkel, Schwarzmueller, Carlsen Baltic, Grafton recruitment, Konekesko, TL Nika Group, Axellus, BMW, AGA.

I swim across the swimming pool of 25 metres within 2 breaths. I think I can manage to do it within 1 breath one day.

Andragogue – practitioner, consultant. Sales and client service experience since 1995. Human resource management, leadership and business development experience since 2001. Trainings and consultation experience since 2004. I have trained and consulted employees of different levels, CEOs and owners of the companies.

I founded Biovilla several years ago to create a space where man can live in harmony with nature. Biovilla is a renewable energy co-op Coopérnico which attracted almost a million euros in investments so far. Also, I am the President of the NGO Ecolution and I founded the NGO Conexão Lusófona.
As a trainer, since October 2009 I have been an official trainer of the Youth in Action Programme and I lived and taught in Auroville (India 2008), I was a Climate Change Ambassador for WWF and Unilever. I am lecturing in several universities on Sustainability Economics and I am a full-time researcher in the Center for Climate Change Impacts, Modelling and Adaptation at the Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon.
My educational background starts with a Degree in Economics, Master of Economics and Public Policy, an Erasmus in Slovenia (2004), internship at INETI (2006), EVS in Serbia (2007) and others.

I am a trainer and project manager in the field of youth work and non-formal education. I work in the area of youth active participation, leadership, project management, intercultural learning.
I enjoy working with people to help them learn and develop. I have designed very successful training programmes for young people, such as the Young Leader School where they become active change makers in their local society.
I am proud to have built the capacity of the Croatian Center for Excellence in Development (Board Member since 2011), the Polish Association for Non Formal Education (President since 2006) and the European Network of Animation (Board Member since 2006).

Education highlights include a degree in Political sciences / International Political and Economic Relations/Poland, a Master of science in Economics/Joint European Master in Comparative Local Development/Italy, several Training of Trainers programmes (FPDL and UN Habitat, Professional Business Trainer - House of Skills).

Jorge Miguel Monteiro Ramos was born  in 1973 in Lisbon. Degree in Electronic Engineering, Master in Telecommunications, working  several years  as quality manager and project manager  in Telecommunications  and  IT companies. He has several certifications related to Quality Management, environment management and project management.  A few years ago, due to his passion for people he took several certifications related to psychology. e.g.: Master Coaching Certification, NLP Master Certification, Body & Mind Coaching.

I am a professional psychologist and trainer in the field of adult and youth non-formal education. For the past 10 years I have been actively involved in a large number of projects and activities in central public institutions and non-profit organizations. On numerous occasions I have designed and implemented various development strategies and participated in many international courses. In CADDRU I am currently involved in developing the Equilitri network and content.

My  biggest achievement is the courage to follow my dreams and to believe that life starts outside the comfort zone.

I am Cristina and I am from Craiova, Romania. I like people who love to learn, who apply what they have learned and have fun at the same time.

I am a coach and business advisor. I have experience in management of more than 15 years in the banking field.

I have built teams that obtained great results, especially by using coaching methods.I am also Educational Manager for one of Noble Manhattan Coaching groups. I have collaborated with non-profit organizations for 2 years.

I enjoyed Equilitri, being more than pleased (excited) by the enthusiasm, trust, determination and commitment that these gorgeous people have to influence the future of youth.

I am a history and Russian teacher. I worked in a primary school and in a foreign language school. Since 2011 I have been a volunteer at Youth Center Ribnjak and in 2014 I started the Equilitri Journey with Center for Excellence in Development in Croatia. I enjoy working with young people because I want to help them in developing their competencies. It gives me the opportunity for developing myself as well.

I was born in Albania but I've been living in Vicenza, Italy since 2002.
I studied Cooperation and Development at Padua University and I am attending the master's degree in International Economics at the same university now. I have a multidisciplinary professional background. Experiences in a Fair trade company, in the commercial field, assistance of people with social and physical needs and different international mobilities.

Hi everyone I’m Giuseppe but please call me Beppe, born in 1990 and I live in a small town in the south of Italy called Rutigliano.

I have a degree in Public, Institutional and Business Communication obtained with the highest grade and a Master in Project Management. Among others, I attended several courses and trainings focused on the main managerial skills, like team working, team building and problem solving.

For two years I have worked as a partner in an association of social promotion called Venti di Scambio, and ‘till now I’ve done five international/intercultural experiences. I really like to work with different people because each of them enriches my background, because this allows me to grow up from a personal and professional point of view, furthermore I have the possibility to know other kinds of cultures, habits and to share my competencies and skills with everyone.

My biggest wish for me and all of you is to continue to do what we like to do and not what we have to do.
