WHAT IS EQUILITRI?
The Equilitri Journey is an unique personal development experience. When you hear about the personal development you automatically think of books, courses or motivational seminars. They generally tell you principles that are trivial and general, “secrets” for reaching success and happiness in several “easy steps“, success recipes and other things that you’ll remember only as theory or as some quotes you posted on Facebook.
The truth is that there is no such thing as a miracle recipe for success, happiness and personal development, there are no “easy steps”. All who have achieved something in life fought hard for it.
Equilitri Journey is a complete package of real tools designed to help you find your balance, life direction, motivation to pursue your dreams, solutions to challenges or other questions that you might seek answers. Personal Development is a method created over 15 years of work and testing in Asia and Europe and promoted by an international team.

What is the Equilitri Journey
EJC uses a new methodology based on more than 240 studies, experiential learning and extensive piloting in Asia and Europe: The Equilitri Method.
OBJECTIVES and EXPECTED OUTCOMES (RESULTS)
Equilitri Journey aims to foster personal development of young people.
Specifically, young people will develop skills and attitudes such as:
– Personal Goal Setting & Planning
– Proactivity, Involvement and Responsibility
– Self-Motivation
– Self-Awareness, Evaluation and Analysis
– Identifying resources and challenges in personal development and ways to overcome them
– Achieving work-life balance
These will lead to practical results focused on drafting personal development objectives (also known as personal targets, goals or benchmarks or similar descriptions)
These influence a range of indirect outcomes. – increasing employability, goals achievement and net income. There are several studies that show this (Matthews, 2011, Ford Foundation Research, 2008, Kohl, 2011 and Duhigg, 1992 etc). Although the research results vary a little, they all concur to show that proper goal setting leads to:
o a 33-89% increase in success rate,
o earning 9 to 11 times higher,
o almost 10 times better chance of getting a job after finishing university
