A second meeting in Vilnius in February 2014 has set up the layout and plan for the textbook and work will be soon starting on it.

The third meeting is scheduled for Croatia, where the workflow for the training course for students and young people will be developed. Piloting in 3 countries will follow suit.

A fourth meeting will be on marketing and PR in Romania and a fifth on corporate training workflow, in Italy, later this summer.

EquiliBridges is a Learning Partnership that aims to deliver key tools and solutions to E.U. common problems, namely wide problems like mismatch between education and labour market, unsatisfactory career and personal development planning, lack of motivation and understanding of personal and socio-professional development and their negative effects.
This learning partnership aims to take the “difficult” and “complicated” out of Personal Development in order to transform it into an effective and efficient bridge connecting education with the working life for overall greater satisfaction, productivity, purpose and individual, as well as collective, happiness. It aims to develop the necessary tools, processes and infrastructure to support us in our educational activities for tackling these problems.
More specifically, the objectives are:
O.1. development of the learning tools (R.2&R.3 – EquiliTRI textbook & website content)
O.2. development of learning processes (R4-7 – course designs and mentoring/coaching/counseling workflows)
O.3. development of learning support structures (R.1 – common strategy and action plan, networking)
O.4. testing and piloting the learning processes & tools developed (R9-12)
O.5. research and evaluation of the method’s impact (R.8 – study)

This partnership is the result of previous successful projects and cooperation, and is envisaged for a longer timeline than the project itself, which will last for 2 years.
