The Equilitri Journey is a personal development experience like no other. It is a complete experience designed to help your employees find their balance and direction in life, motivation to pursue their dreams, solutions for challenges or other answers that they might be looking for. It helps your employees become part of your dream and fully contribute to the mission and vision of your organisation, become more motivated, pro-active, creative and efficient.

The Equilitri Journey is especially designed for employees and team members of various organisations. It focuses on relevant needs like self-motivation, work-life balance, time and self management and other fundamental needs.
It is a personalized learning experience consisting of several parts. The Journey starts with a 2-day personal development workshop where, with the help of experienced Equilitri Trainers and with the support of others like yourself, you discover the tools that will help you find the answer to the most important questions in life.
It continues with a 4-month coaching period and finishes with a personal development group (3 hours, separate smaller groups). During the 4 months of coaching, the following activities are available:
– milestone assessments, every 2 months, using our online platform,
– on demand mentoring, based on your preferred methods of communication and mentor’s schedule, via phone, Skype, email or Facebook, face to face meetings etc,
– optional on demand coaching, either life-coaching or topic related (for example: time-management, active life, creativity coaching etc),
– continuous community support via the Equilitri online platform.
We are preparing to offer the Equilitri Journey in major cities in the following countries: RO, IT, PT, LT, HR, PL, MT, MK, TK starting in January 2015. The recommended group size is between 15 and 30 employees. You can ask for more details or request a personalized offer. It is possible to offer it in English, in any country – we can calculate and prepare a tailored offer taking into account the costs of bringing the team to 2 trainers and one course manager to your required location.

. The prices vary depending on your specific requirements. If you want to have an idea about the price beforehand, you should know that we offer premium services while charging average market prices. However, we do not have low-cost services nor do we accept decreasing the quality. Our sales representatives can advise you on the best solution for you and offer discounts based on what you need.
In 2014 we will offer it in English. As of 2015 we are able to deliver it in: Italian, Romanian, Portuguese, Russian, Lithuanian, Serbo-Croat, Polish. Each year we will add more languages.
There are currently 11 organisations in 9 countries promoting the method. We only work with certified Equilitri trainers and coaches with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and international recognition. We are preparing a database of partners and experts with full profiles, which will be published in August, so stay tuned.
This is mostly up to you. At minimum, they will participate in the initial workshop which takes 2 days, spend a few hours every month for self-assessment, peer work and mentoring and 3 more hours in the final personal development group at the end of the 4 months. Even with this minimum involvement, you will get the results you need.
